In addition to your save the Date and Invitation Suites, which set the tone for your wedding, day of stationary is your opportunity to further stylize to create a cohesive event.  In addition to the aesthetic benefits, day of stationary serve a function on your day as well, designating areas, keeping guest informed of seating arrangements, etc. Depending on your venue you may not need every component which is why each item is a la carte.  Throughout the process we will work with you one on one to make sure we give you the day you have envisioned.  Whether you choose to coordinate your day-of stationary with your invitation suite to give overall cohesiveness to your day or you choose to go in a completely different direction with your day of stationary, we can accommodate. 

 

Menus

Not only are they decorative pieces but they also serve an important purpose. Having menus are a great accompaniment to your tablescape to add your color and aesthetic to your reception.  Whether you’ve opted for a formal sit down meal  or a buffet style event, menus are a wonderful day of item to add.

 

Drink Menu

A nice accompaniment to add to your venue décor, drink menu can add a touch of refinement to your event.  Some couples choose to have individual drink menus for each guest while others opt for a display to highlight their drink menu. 

  

Table Numbers

Contributing to your table décor, table numbers assist in ensuring an efficient event.  Table numbers are used to identify each table if you are doing assigned seating.  You can choose to use numerical numbers while some couples choose to be more creative by using names of geographical locations or other things relating to their relationship. 

 

Place cards and Escort Cards

Escort cards indicate each guests’ table assignment while place cards assign a specific seat.  How you have chosen to organize your event will determine which indicator you need.  If you have opted to have designated tables but not designated seats the escort cares will serve your needs. If you’ve chosen to assign each guest a specific seat the place cards are the better choice.  Or you can choose to do both, it’s entirely up to you.  There are so many design iterations we can create!

 

Venue Signage

Wedding signs not only add décor, but they also help direct your attendees throughout the event.  Wedding signs are a perfect way to welcome your guest to the ceremony, designate areas throughout your day (reserved seating, photobooth, cards and gift table, seating charts, guest book sign in, remembrance, and anything else you may want to indicate on your day. 

 

Ceremony Programs

Ceremony programs allow guest to fully understand the stages of your ceremony.  These programs can include speakers, songs, traditional details, as well as any other information you would like to include.
